Journey of FEAR

This quotes from The Dark Knight Rises just goes on playing in my mind :

Blind Prisoner: You do not fear death. You think this makes you strong. It makes you weak.
Bruce Wayne: Why?
Blind Prisoner: How can you move faster than possible, fight longer than possible without the most powerful impulse of the spirit: the fear of death.
Bruce Wayne: I do fear death. I fear dying in here, while my city burns, and there’s no one there to save it.
Blind Prisoner: Then make the climb.
Bruce Wayne: How?
Blind Prisoner: As the child did. Without the rope. Then fear will find you again.

Fear , one of the most instantaneous impulse , that helps you protect from hurting yourself , prepares you for defense mechanism automatically . Fear is the strongest emotion that a human has. It is both paralyzing and destructive. But there’s a great deal of evidence that fear can focus attention, making it easier for us to notice things that we otherwise would have missed.

Getting to a place where you can judge when fear can help you may just help you make better decisions. We need our instincts to let us know when something is just wrong — an immediate emotional evaluation that is even more powerful than complex reasoning and logic.

People say there ‘s nothing to be scared of , but what if that fear  is the only thing that keeps them alive. The people who go out there and perform the stunts full of risk , how do they protect themselves , its the element of fear that they control , & use it as their weapon. The controlled fear helps them from making mistakes , or going to extreme. If the fear itself is lacking , their body won’t resist when it feels something is wrong.

So next time you experience FEAR , try to know what are the risks , rather than just shrugging it off .
